What to expect

This page is our best attempt to help you know what you will experience at Faith Community Bible Church.

 You are welcome!

When: Sunday mornings at 10:00 am

Where: 301 S.  Bedford St, Madison, WI  53703

What: Sunday worship services have a flexible liturgical structure that has both musical worship and biblical teaching. It is our hope to encounter the Living God personally and corporately. The musical worship is free flowing and "spirit-led", allowing for spontaneous expressions of love and worship. We also celebrate communion the first Sunday of each month and share testimonies of God's goodness.

 FAQ

  • We are currently in a transitional space. We are looking for a new permanent space in the neighborhood but until then we are sharing a space with New Culture Church at 301 S. Bedford St, Madison, WI 53703. We meet in the morning and they meet in the afternoon. Come join us!

  • The best way to enter the building is the front entrance. There should be an FCBC sign outside near the entrance. There are stairs to take to the second floor to the santuary. Follow the signs. There is also an elevator but you will need to be assisted by an operator. We will have a greeter to help you as you come before the service.

  • Our services last 70-90 minutes and include a variety of forms; music, prayer and intercession, communion, reading of scripture (the Bible), healing prayer, prophesy, personal testimonies, drama, dance, visual art and other creative expressions.

  • There is a small parking lot on the side of the building and we can park in the spaces in the back. There is also parking on the street by the building.

  • Wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here.

  • No dress code here. Come as you are and wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Most people dress causal, but feel free to dress however you feel most comfortable. God is more interested in your heart than how you’re dressed.

  • We invite kids and families to be a part of us. We don’t mind “kid activity” and sounds during the service and we strive to help the children feel as welcomed as the adults.

There is a room in the back with toys and books and play area for those who would like.

We are in the process of rebuilding our children’s ministry. Supporting families is a high priority. This is a great time to come and be a part of building this ministry with us in a fresh new way!
